As both the Developer and Builder of Symphony Farms, we have the distinct ability to craft a community of enduring value. The sixth phase, which opened in spring of 2023, features homes planned for the first time move up and first time move down buyers. Two new floorplans have been added to the collection. Also new with this phase are walk-out lots with trees behind.
