About The Builder

Symphony Farms

Experience You Can Trust

The emphasis of Lifestyles Building & Design is providing a great customer experience, exceptional craftsmanship, and integrity with our actions. Our passion to provide unique designs, custom detailing, and embrace leading-edge systems allows us to create homes to fit the needs of different lifestyles and budgets.

Continuous Community Vision

As both the Developer and Builder of Symphony Farms, we have the distinct ability to craft a community of enduring value. A single builder development can guide plans and elevations to create a better feeling neighborhood. The sixth phase features homes planned for the first time move up and first time move down buyers. Two new floorplans have been added to the collection. Also new with this phase are walk-out lots with trees behind.

Visit Our Model Home

Lifestyles Building & Design invites you to visit Symphony Farms and discover the buzz of the community for yourself. The model home is located at 32290 West 165th Street in Gardner, KS. Explore the various floorplans available and tailor the design elements of your new home to complement your lifestyle. While you are here, check out the fabulous amenities and savor the tranquility of the community.

Someone is usually at the model to greet you during the week in the afternoons. And we are here Saturday 10 am to 3 pm and Sunday noon to 4 pm. There may be some exceptions throughout the year due to holidays and weather. Feel free to call to set up an appointment at 913-884-6300.

We can't wait to welcome you to Symphony Farms!
