Stuart

The Stuart plan was designed for our daylight and creek lots in 6th phase. This plan features larger common areas than our other reverse plans. Come through the beautiful double doors into the foyer which features 11 foot ceilings. The living room is a dream space with 11 foot side walls that explode to a vaulted ceiling that carries all the way over the covered porch. The stairs are on the rear wall of glass and a stone fireplace finish off this wonderful space. The kitchen is large and comes with GE Profile appliances and a great butler style pantry. A large dining room with built-in hutch. The master suite a good-sized bedroom with the back wall mostly glass. The bathroom suite has a large shower and free-standing tub. Like all of our plans, a large custom closet is connected to the laundry. The lower level has a huge Rec area with more than enough space for media and bar / activity areas. There are also two guest bedrooms in the lower level. Lots of opportunities to decorate and make this a special home!
