The Shilow

The Shilow is a new floorplan for 2023. This two-story home builds past our present two-story plans with larger living spaces and added private spaces. The large living room features the fireplace with built-ins on each side. The kitchen has abundant cabinet space, oversized island and huge pantry. The private entry features a long bench and drop zone. A secluded office rounds out the first floor. The second floor bedrooms each have a walk-in closet and are attached to a bath. The Primary Bedroom is spacious and features a luxury bath with free standing tub and walk-in shower. You can count on us to deck out the closet to your personal needs We did not forget outdoor living: the covered porch is 12x18!
